Hasan Gülünay left his home in Istanbul Tarabya one morning, and there has been no news of him for 21 years.
Gülünay’s wife, Birsen Gülünay and daughter Deniz Gülünay filed an appeal to the Supreme Court, on the grounds of violations against the right to live and the right to a fair trial, as well as the lack of an active investigation.
