The Prosecution of Retired Colonel Temizöz Continues

The “Temizöz and Others” case, in which Former Kayseri Gendarmerie Regimental Commander, retired Colonel Cemal Temizöz is tried along with 8 suspects (5 of whom are in custody) continues.
Temizöz and Others are accused of killing 21 civilians between the years of 1993 and 1995.

During the 42nd hearing of the case at the Diyarbakir 6th High Criminal Court, detained suspects Cemal Temizöz, Adem Yakin, Firat Altin (Abdulhakim Güven), Hidir Altug and Burhanetting Kiyak, as well as Kamil Altag who is prosecuted without arrest, were present.

Tamer Atag and Kukel Atag, who are prosecuted without arrest did not attend the hearing.
