This report of Human Rights Watch (HRW) dated 11th of July, 2016 depends on the data gathered by rights groups and observation and interviews conducted by HRW’s researchers during the visit to the region. HRW urged the government to allow the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to enter the area and investigate the abuses.
